About Trendomap
A live map of what people around the world are searching for on Google right now, translated into your language.
What is Trendomap?
Trendomap shows what people around the world are searching for on Google right now. Pick a region or a country on the map, browse the trending searches and jump straight to Google to learn more.
Where does the data come from?
Trending searches come from the public Google Trends "Trending now" data for about 125 countries and are refreshed roughly every 30 minutes. For every trend we show the approximate number of searches, how fast interest is growing, when it started, related searches and news headlines. Numbers are rounded by Google and are meant as a rough guide.
How are the phrases translated?
Most trending searches are written in the local language. To make them understandable for everyone, each phrase is translated with AI into Slovak, Czech, German, English and Spanish. Every translation is stored in a cache, so a phrase is translated only once. Names of people, brands and teams are usually left unchanged. Links to Google Search and Google Trends use the original phrase, so you get the same results as local users. The Google News link uses the translation and opens the news edition in your language, so you only see articles written in it.
Privacy
Trendomap has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Your browser only stores your language and light/dark preference locally. Links to Google and to news sites open on their own websites, where their privacy policies apply.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from?
From Google Trends "Trending now", which lists the searches that are rising fastest in each country. We collect it for about 125 countries and territories.
How often is it updated?
Roughly every 30 minutes, so the lists always reflect what people are searching for right now.
What do numbers like "20K+" mean?
Google publishes rounded search volumes: "20K+" means more than 20,000 searches in the selected period. The percentage shows how much interest has grown.
How are the search terms translated?
Automatically with AI. Each phrase is translated once and stored, so it stays consistent and loads instantly. The original phrase is always shown next to the translation. Links to Google Search and Google Trends use the original phrase; the Google News link uses the translation, so you only get articles in your language.
Why is my country missing?
Google provides "Trending now" for about 125 countries and territories, and we show all of them. If a country is not on the map, Google does not publish trends for it.
Is this site affiliated with Google?
No. It is an independent project. Google and Google Trends are trademarks of Google LLC.
